In all fairness, in some parts of Southwest Texas, I believe a taco does pass for a form of identification.A deputy awoke Falkner and then asked for his ID. Falkner said no before reaching into his bag and presenting the officer with a taco. Another deputy clarified they were asking for an ID, not a taco.

Ha, he should have reached for the donut instead. But seriously, he should be arrested for having a leftover taco, period.
