First they came for the dogs; and I did nothing. I bet the guy who made this stupid regulation doesn't even own a dog. Having a dog out on a patio or deck at a bar is not a "health code" risk.
Heaven forbid that "man's best friend" can stretch out under a table on a patio while their owner enjoys a beer. Permanent Press disapproves of this regulation, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised - you can't even have table salt in NYC.
